The Skud comes with an EPS core and tough epoxy outer laminate with our unique graphene stringer for maximum flex and strength,this EPS core allows you maximum float so you can ride a slightly lower volume higher performance board ,the skud is the best option if you want one board to surf the globe !
OUR UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION
Our EPS (epoxy construction) takes around 12 hours to produce almost double the time for traditional PU construction of around 6 hours but definitely worth paying extra for these performance benefits if your wanting to raise your level !
1.STRONGER
The EPS core with epoxy laminate makes the our boards stronger than any PU poly laminate. In fact the epoxy resin is 10 times stronger than traditional polyester resins!
2.MORE FLEX
The flex in our unique construction creates a much faster recoil when loaded up. This stored energy is controlled by our graphene stringer and engineered glass and PVC laminate.
3.MORE FLOAT
Our EPS cores have more than 25%more air content than PU core boards this give you more float and allows you to ride a lower volume board, lower volume boards will surf tighter through turns and give you maximum performance on rail!
4.LIGHT WEIGHT
Our construction is much lighter due to the high pressure lamination process and this significantly reduces resin glass ratio , lighter boards fly higher and give you much better all round performance!
5.NO COLOR FADE
We UV coat every board to stop the fading associated with PU core boards it’s also much easier to match the color if a repair is required.

Our boards are pressured and may be damaged if exposed to extreme heat , unlike PU boards need to be kept out of high temperatures especially our full graphene construction.
